‘Hamsters’, is a humorous 2D animation series about Philippe and Giovanni. Two mischievous hamsters who comment the world from their cage. They try to understand and face all the “dangers” that come their way. Giovanni tries to fit in the world of popular animals (on social media) while Philippe is only interested in food. The series touches millennials in their hearts and sometimes in their crotches.
The author Laura Janssens is an Instagram cartoonist. She is the spiritual mother of Philippe and Giovanni, who won many hearts in the past years. Her stories capture the spirit of a generation.
